The 2024 Kentucky Affordable Housing Conference (KAHC), Closing the Gap: Building Bridges to Innovative Housing Solutions, will be held Wednesday and Thursday, August 21-22 2024, at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, Kentucky.
KAHC has an exciting line-up including keynotes from author and Opticos Design founder Daniel Parolek speaking about his book, Missing Middle Housing, and Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) Deputy Executive Director of Housing Programs Wendy Smith and Dr. Patrick Bowen of Bowen National Research presenting their latest findings about the Kentucky Housing Supply Gap Analysis.
The conference’s main focus is on the state’s housing gap and ways to address it. It will be a dynamic conference full of great conversations! Join us as we discuss ways we can collectively close the gap.
