MHC 2025 Annual Dinner

June 10 @ 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

$100

We hope to see you at the Mellwood Art Center for the 2025 MHC Annual Meeting Dinner, hosted by the Metropolitan Housing Coalition (MHC). We are delighted to announce Sara Bronin, architect, attorney, Cornell University professor, and founder of the National Zoning Atlas as our keynote speaker:

Sara Bronin is renowned for her extensive expertise in property, land use, zoning, and historic preservation law. Sara is the author of the influential book Key to the City: How Zoning Shapes Our World. In this groundbreaking work, Sara examines how zoning became so influential in shaping our world, through the creation of communities, infrastructure and the built environment, local economies, household access to amenities, planning commission processes, transportation, environmental concerns, and affordable and accessible housing.

During her keynote address, Sara will draw from her work to discuss changes in zoning and land use policies that can help create more affordable housing for all. This presents a unique opportunity to gain insights from one of the leading voices in the field and engage in a crucial dialogue about the future of housing in the context of zoning reform.

Purchase a regular dinner plate ticket for $100, or purchase a Book + Plate ticket that includes your dinner plate and keynote speaker Sarah Bronin’s book, “Key to the City: How Zoning Shapes Our World”, and score a 20% discount on the book.
