The hearing for LG&E/KU’s $3.7 billion plan is on August 4th, and we need your voice.
Who’s going to pay for the $3.7 BILLION in new infrastructure LG&E/KU are proposing? WE ARE. Over the next 15 years, LG&E/KU believe they will need up to 40% more electricity, mainly due to data centers. To pay for these new plants, they are going to raise YOUR rates. Ask yourself – why are ratepayers on the hook for a data center that may or may not be built? We shouldn’t be!
